Meridien Consulting Services Inc. is a strategic leadership advisory firm dedicated to helping CEOs, boards of directors and leadership teams to improve their performance and increase impact on their organizations.
Meridien was founded in 1997 by Dr. Peter Stephenson. He is a trusted advisor to senior executives with more than 20 years of experience. Meridien consults with leading North American companies across all major industry sectors. At times our role is advisory. At other times, we assess, benchmark, frame, coach and facilitate.
Meridien's focus is people and leadership. We are dedicated to the belief that the success of an organization is intrinsically related to the success of its people. And the success of an organization's people is intrinsically tied to the quality and alignment of executive and board leadership. Meridien provides the insight, concepts and support to help organizations, boards, teams and individuals become more effective. To do this, we focus on three practice areas.
